Carrie Brous grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. She studied journalism at the University of Missouri and business at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
Carrie then returned to MU and graduated with highest honors at the top of her law school class in 1996. She lives in Prairie Village, Kansas, with her husband, three daughters and three dogs.
Carrie has over twenty years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. After graduating, she practiced commercial law with Stinson Mag in Kansas City and St. Louis. In 2003, Carrie left Stinson and founded Brous Horn.
For 12 years this firm successfully represented employees and whistleblowers in myriad cases. In 2015, Carrie founded Brous Law where she remains committed to representing those seeking workplace justice and those who have been injured from drugs and medical devices.
